Office Assistant
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven person that can operate independently and within teams. This position will be primarily customer service and office admin duties. Knowledge of the fireplace industry is a plus but not required. Our work environment is casual but with a professional attitude. We work hard but like to have fun too!

Responsibilities:

Ability to interact with customers via phone and in person.

Manage and delegate schedules.

Fireplace showroom/product knowledge, will train.
-
Customer notifications of upcoming appointments/install/service.

Greeting and assisting customers who visit the showroom.

Daily use of Google Sheets for transactions, etc.

Qualifications:
​

Previous reception/admin assistant experience preferred.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Ability to work in Google Docs and MS Word.

Ability to work in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

Must be friendly, outgoing and be able to work as a team, detail oriented with a professional presence and a proactive work ethic.

Hourly: $15 to $19 depending on experience.
