Our 13 Point Inspection List

-Clean Glass

-Inspect logs for soot, breakage & refractory

-Clean logs, firebox, fan bays w/ vacuum

-Inspect pilot flame, pattern/strength

-Vacuum burner, check for corrosion

-Check continuity of flame sensor

-Check manifold pressure

-Check inlet pressure

-Verify air shutter setting is correct

-Verify fan is operating correctly

-Check interior lighting accessories

-Inspect Termination

-Turn On System; System is Operational

PLEASE NOTE: If we need to order parts and return to fix the unit there will be a separate trip charge of $65 in addition to the parts cost.  Parts arrival can take 1-6 weeks or even longer.

VERY IMPORTANT : As mentioned above.....please be prepared to send photos of the outside and inside (if possible) of your fireplace. The more detail we have of your fireplace the better we can assist you with scheduling your appointment. If a gas fireplace, we would appreciate photos of under the fireplace where the pilot assembly is.  There should be a tag that would have the brand/ model and serial number.
